Symptoms depend on what condition you have . But common symptoms of prostate disease are
[a] Difficulty in passing urine
[b] Pain when ejaculating during sexual intercourse
[c] Frequent or urgent need to pass urine
[d] A weak, sometimes intermittent flow of urine
[e] Pain when passing urine
[f] Erectile dysfunction
DIAGNOSIS
Prostate diseases and prostate cancer can be detected by
[a] Prostate ultrasound
[b] Laboratory tests like Prostate-Specific Antigen[PSA] blood tests, will test the amount of PSA in a sample of your blood.
[c] Prostate biopsy
[d] CT, MRI and bone scans
[e] An ultrasound scan of your bladder to see how it empties urine
[f] Transabdominal and transrectal ultrasound scan
[g] Swab tests [laboratory tests] of the lining of your urethra or penis.
TREATMENT
Treatment for prostate diseases depend on the condition and how severe the symptoms are.
